Editorial principles
We write for companies hiring in industry and for the people who work in it. Our articles are published in Finnish. This is how our content is made and how we correct mistakes.
This is a translation of our Finnish editorial principles. If the versions differ, the Finnish version prevails.
Who writes
The author of an article is shown in the article. When the author is a named person, the end of the article says who they are and what they do at Wellpack.
Wellpack Oy is responsible for all the content it publishes.
How we check
When we refer to laws or official guidance, we check them against primary sources. The update note shows when an article was last updated.
We publish customer stories with the customer's permission and in the customer's own words.
Our use of AI
We use AI to help with, for example, translations and text suggestions for recruitment ads. AI is not an author, and published content is Wellpack's responsibility.
A person always approves the text of a recruitment ad before it is published. The assistant on our website tells you it is an AI.
Commercial partnerships
If content has been produced in partnership with another company, we say so with the content.
Corrections
If we notice a mistake or someone tells us about one, we check it and correct it. We mark significant corrections in the article with the date.
Older articles describe the situation at the time of publication. When we notice that a change in the law affects an article, we update it or mark the change.
Feedback
You can send feedback on our content and website using the form on our contact page or to wellpack@wellpack.fi. We read every piece of feedback, and it guides how we develop our content.
