What if the worker supplied does not suit our plant?

In staffing services we replace the worker as part of the service. In recruitments every assignment includes a 6-month recruitment guarantee: if the person chosen does not suit the role, we start a new search at no extra cost.

What is the client's part in the recruitment process?

Give us the briefing (role, shifts, welding qualification and certificate requirements, start date) and the schedule for the site-specific induction. Wellpack handles communication with applicants, checking the cards and the aptitude assessment, and in staffing services also the employment matters.

Can we hire the agency worker permanently later?

Yes. We agree on the recruitment terms at the start of the assignment, so the transition holds no surprises. You see the worker at work before deciding on a permanent contract.
