- It depends on the role. Welders are typically required to hold EN ISO 9606 qualifications 135 (MAG) and 141 (TIG), and depending on the level also 111 (manual metal arc welding). CNC machinists need knowledge of the machine type and CAM skills. Everyone needs an occupational safety card and a hot work card. Wellpack checks the cards and qualifications before the first shift.
