What certificates does a worker in the process industry need?

It depends on the role. Process operators are typically required to have process training and shift induction. Maintenance mechanics need a hot work card, an occupational safety card and a confined space work card. Electrical and automation technicians need SFS 6002 electrical safety. Everyone needs an occupational safety card. Wellpack checks the cards before the first shift.

How quickly can you supply people to our plant?

In staffing services the typical schedule is 1 to 2 weeks from the briefing to the first shift. In direct recruitments it is typically 4 to 6 weeks. If the situation is urgent, call +358 44 709 4001 and we will prioritise it.

What determines the price?

The price depends on the role, the certificate requirements, the shift system and the length of the work. The estimate always comes with no commitment.

What if the worker supplied does not suit our plant?

In staffing services we replace the worker as part of the service. In recruitments every assignment includes a 6-month recruitment guarantee: if the person chosen does not suit the role, we start a new search at no extra cost.

What is the client's part in the recruitment process?

Give us the briefing (role, shifts, certificate requirements, start date) and the schedule for the site-specific induction. Wellpack handles communication with applicants, checking the cards and the aptitude assessment, and in staffing services also the employment matters.

Can we hire the agency worker permanently later?

Yes. We agree on the recruitment terms at the start of the assignment, so the transition holds no surprises. You see the worker at work before deciding on a permanent contract.
